HOW TO ORDER

Kindly read our Term & Condition here carefully before make any order.

STEP 1

Choose either one of the methods below.

a) Fill this Order Form or

b) Email to : sulamsutera@gmail.com  the code, your name, address & choice of shipping or

c) SMS the same details as above to 018-9030609


STEP 2

Wait for our confirmation email/SMS with invoice and bank account number within 24hours, if you do not receive a reply, kindly check your spam box.

STEP 3

Transfer the payment through online banking /cash deposit machine or by creditcard thru paypal. If using cash-deposit machine just round the amount to the nearest ten.

Deposit RM30 required for every booking , no refund if order cancelled.

STEP 4

Inform us of the payment either through the bank's automatic notification system, email or SMS.Delivery every Tuesday or Thursday.Last payment must bank in latest by 10.00pm (Monday/Wednesday) otherwise the item will be late for delivery (following week).

Tracking number will be provided upon request.

Charges by POSLAJU

-Semenanjung Malaysia - RM8.00 per parcel.
-Sabah/Sarawak-RM10.00 per parcel.
-Others country based weight.-email us for detail!
-Any additional charges will charged accordingly
